Write in about anything
Bug reports, a link that will not resolve, a format you wish the site handled — all of it is welcome. Replies come from a real person, so give it a day or two before assuming the message vanished.
Writing in English gets you the quickest answer, though messages in other languages are read too. If you are reporting a broken download, paste the post link along with it: without the link there is usually nothing to test.
